Questions

Common questions from buyers.

Do you supply genuine products with warranty?

Yes. Products are supplied with manufacturer documentation and warranty. Ask for the exact model and we confirm availability and delivery time with the quote.

Can you repair a PLC, HMI or drive that is out of production?

Often, yes. We repair at component level where possible, and when a unit cannot be repaired we suggest a current replacement and migrate the program.

Do you calibrate CTMs and survey instruments at our site?

CTM calibration is done at your lab. Survey instruments are usually checked at our service desk; contact us to arrange pickup or a site visit.

Which areas do you serve?

Our base is Dera Bassi near Chandigarh. We regularly work across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and the Chandigarh tricity, and ship products across India.
