Service questions.
How long does a PLC or drive repair take?
Most repairs take 3 to 10 working days depending on the fault and parts. We tell you after diagnosis, before any work starts.
What does an AMC include?
Scheduled preventive visits, priority breakdown support, program backups and a health report. The scope is set per plant.
How often should a CTM be calibrated?
Most labs calibrate yearly, or sooner after repair, relocation or a failed check. Your quality system or client may set the interval.
Can you migrate an old PLC program to a new platform?
Yes. We read the existing program, rewrite it for the new PLC, and test it with your process before switching over.
Machine down or instrument due for calibration?
Call or WhatsApp with the model and the problem. We will tell you the next step the same day.
